* Passport & Visas:-

* Arrival procedures:-
If your programs include transfer upon arrival, you will be met by our local representative Just after passing the customs area, He will be waiting for you holding assign by your name. Assisting you till check-in at hotel.
* Departure procedures:-
If your programs include departure transfer, you will find our representative waiting for you, just in time.
* Hotel check-in / check-out:-
Check-in time is usually 12.00 afternoons.
Check-out is noon, if you depart in the evening hotels usually allow you to store your luggage in astore room.
